  1. Connect & Check In: Once we connect, we will check in to assess your needs in buying your new home. We will discuss your checklist and must-haves, as well as your expectations for buying and any questions that you have about the process. 
  2. Locate Homes: When we have a great feel for what you are looking for, we will explore the MLS, pocket listings, off-market potentials, and exhaust our vast network to locate homes that meet your checklist.  The bare minimum of searching the MLS is not enough! We search far and wide to ensure we present you with all the opportunities to connect you with the right home. We will send you all the listings that meet your needs and that we know will be a great fit!
  3. Go See Homes: This is when the fun really begins! We will schedule private showings of homes that check off your boxes and visit open houses to explore additional opportunities. From there we will really narrow your search criteria to get you even closer to your dream home!
  4. Make an Offer: When you’ve made your choice and are ready to take the next step, we will work to draft a comprehensive and competitive offer to get the deal closed. Once it is accepted, we will guide you through the whole process from inspections to appraisals and eventually through closing.
  5. Close On Your Home: Just prior to closing, we will do a walk-through to ensure an easy close. We will be with you every step of the way until you have keys in hand to your new home!
